EMILY GORODETSKIY SPEAKS AT THE GOLDEN BEAR SUMMIT

Our founder, Emily Gorodetskiy, has made the entire VR'ing Democracy team proud by speaking at the Golden Student Bears Summit. The Golden Student Bears recently held a Summit on June 28 where they included three speakers, including our very own Emily. Emily shared her experience with leadership, how she is leading a non-profit aimed at increasing the voting engagement of first-time voters and non-native English speakers.

Passionate about using technology for social purposes, Emily shared her mission, inspiring hundreds of students!

TTRIP TO STANFORD UNIVERSITY PROVED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Emily Gorodetskiy visited Stanford University for the NextGen AI and Democracy Summer Institute. Emily had the opportunity to showcase the working of a VRD headset to professors and students alike. The success of this demonstration proves VR'ing Democracy's commitment to ensuring the inclusivity of voting for everyone.

OUR SUPPORT FOR THE SB 745

Following written letters of support and strong testimonies by our Executive Director, Emily Gorodetskiy, our bill, which was aimed at strengthening civic education in California, has just passed the Assembly Education Committee. This is a celebration for students everywhere.
